Tropic Tech provides mobile applications that enable users to create personalized digital experiences, including AI-generated music, gifting content, and tools for personal expression and entertainment.

The Services are provided for expressive, creative, and entertainment purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require account creation.

You agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

4. Purchases and Payments

• Payments are processed through Stripe, Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems

All digital content is delivered electronically.

Except where required by applicable law, purchases of digital goods are non-refundable.

Platform refund policies (Apple / Google) may apply independently.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

BlessedTunes and other Tropic Tech applications may generate content using artificial intelligence.

You acknowledge that:

• Generated content may be subjective, imperfect, or unexpected

• Emotional or artistic outcomes cannot be guaranteed

• Content is provided “as is” for entertainment and expressive purposes

Tropic Tech does not guarantee any specific emotional reaction or experience resulting from use of the Services.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may submit inputs such as names, messages, preferences, photos, audio, or other content (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

However, by submitting User Content, you grant Tropic Tech a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, modify, and transform such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such content.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal or fraudulent purposes

• Submit harmful, abusive, or infringing content

• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Services

We may suspend access for violations.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Services — including software, branding, design, and content — remain the exclusive property of Tropic Tech Kft or its licensors.

Users may not copy, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without permission.

9. Marketing and Showcase Rights

Tropic Tech may display anonymized or non-personally identifiable examples of generated content for product demonstration, marketing, or promotional purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee:

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Tropic Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, emotional, reputational, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion if users violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
